Apple Overnight Oats - No-Cook

Apple Overnight Oats
A quick and easy breakfast that can be prepared in advance and enjoyed by the whole family.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp Grated Apple
  • 1 tbsp Mixed raw nuts
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Live organic yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Organic milk
Instructions
Place the oats in a glass jar or bowl.Add the seeds and stir.Add the grated apple and top with cinnamon.Add the milk to the yogurt and stir.Pour the milk/yogurt into the jar, slowly, allowing time for it to filter through the ingredients.Top with roughly chopped nuts (if desired).Place lid on jar and store in the frige overnight.Can be eaten cold or gently warmed through.
